While displaying the WE’RE EQUAL signage is a condition of your membership, research shows that clearly articulating your commitment to anti-discrimination also improves worker productivity and consumer loyalty.

Displaying WE’RE EQUAL staff and customer posters has the added benefit of providing a useful shield should your business or organisation be in the time-consuming and potentially reputation-damaging position of needing to deal with formal discrimination complaints lodged against it.
